About Sylvain Bédard

Sylvain has seen highs and lows few will ever experience. An active father of five and an avid cyclist, he is the first Canadian heart transplant recipient to conquer Europe’s Mount Blanc and the world’s first heart transplant recipient to pass the
6,000 metre mark on Bolivia’s Mount Sajama.
